Creative Collaborator

Kim Hallin is the founder and equine-inspired soul guide at Unbridled, LLC. An accomplished horsewoman who promotes compassionate approaches that uphold the integrity of the horse, Kim loves facilitating transformational experiences that bring humans and horses together to learn and/or heal together.

Kim is a naturally gifted mentor and guide who specializes in creating experiential learning environments designed to radically shift perspectives while ensuring that all participants (human and equine) feel safe, honored and supported.

In 2017, Kim left a 20-year career in higher education management and fundraising to focus her full-time energies on launching Unbridled, LLC. Her subsequent experiences as an equine-assisted facilitator led her to co-found the Liberated Equine Connections Collaborative with Nancy Munoz in 2020 to identify and support other facilitators who are committed to minimizing the perpetuation of uneven power dynamics, catalysts for competition or any type of systemic oppression in the design of their programs and related activities.
